I have gone the McDonald opposite South Gate Mall three times on different days and on all the days I recieve the same rubbish service, nothing changes. Going to the drive thru to be welcomed by incompetent people who don't give you the "CUSTOMER" the time or day to explain yourself and voice your opinion. They exercise no patience with customers, giving us morbid service. Going inside the fast food store makes no difference because there you have to wait close to 10 minutes to get your order. The drive thru how ever is my main concern. There are things like "welcoming a customer politely" - "allowing the customer to finish" - " not talking back to the customer when they want to change their order" - "Taking down the correct ORDER". I had to get out of the car to re-order because the consultant didn't take down my order correctly. I'm not sure if they are correctly trained about " CUSTOMER SERVICE' ... We are customers spending our hard earned money at McDonald. No wonder people drive to other stores, it because of such "RUBBISH"... You try to speak to a manager and you are met with a disdainted look " AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG" I'm a paying customer. CONCERNED CUSTOMER
