Poor customer Service

I don't know where these people were recruited, No sense of customer service. Pure courtesy of greeting a customer doesn't happen even when you take an initiative to greet first. They just look at you, more especially in their cigarette counter.

You don't want people to bow at you just to greet and say thank you. I don't think that too much to ask as a customer.
