Poor service, no stock, waste of time, not sorry

Such poor service from KFC at OR Tambo International Airport. After a long wait in a very disorganised queue, I placed a small take away order that consisted of a small pops and large mash and gravy.
After a 10 minute wait (too long, in my opinion, given that the order was so small), the cashier brings me regular mash without gravy. She then advises me that they do not have gravy.
Are staff not made aware of what items are not in stock on the day? Surely, this info can be given to customers when they place their order.
I requested a refund. The restaurant manager (Jack) was called. Without offering an apology, let alone a greeting, he reversed the transaction. My money was then just pushed towards me. No apology from either the cashier or manager!!!
Such a waste of time, considering that it took up almost 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break. So much for fast food!
This KFC branch sorely lacks customer service. Every time that I have been there has been disorganisation with their queuing system and staff. Often people are left waiting in a queue while a cashier abandons his station. The queue system does not make sense. Cashiers always fighting among
