Poor quality of service

Hi my wife and i have visited Wimpy @ Bayside mall for the last time today I am very dissapointed and upset with the poor service. We stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for abt 10 min while the staff stood in the laughing and chatting away, we seated ourselves. We furter waited to be served that didnot happen as the waitress stood daydreaming and my wife had to put her hand up to get attention. When the waitress came to our table she had attitude.when we asked to speak to the manager named Wendy we understood exactly why the service was so poor as she was one of the ladies laughing and dancing while people were waiting to be served. This is the second complaint made against Wimpy Bayside, we will never vistit again I live in table view but will be driving to n1city wimpy from now on I think the service is great and the manager named Dyllan does a fine job wimpy bay side mall should take some tips from the people who work @ n1 city wimpy. The sad thing is the we frequent Wimpy Bayside atleast a twice a week for the past year and everytime we go there the staff act as if it is the first time that they have seen us. That is down right insulting!
