Waited about 20 minutes to be served. Awaiting another 20 minutes for our cold drinks, and waited another 20 minutes to eventually get our food. We had to ask 3 times for assistance as to where is a waiter, where is our drinks and where is our food. When we complained, they told us they were busy, but there were a lot of empty tables and if they say they busy, then they must go the the Wimpy on the N3 in Harrismith - that is a busy Wimpy and within 5 minutes intervals you have your drinks, food etc - that is efficient service for you.
We won't even go to mention the order for a Milk Shake. Totally dissatisfied service. They must do us all a favour and close up shop.
