Horrible Customer Service

On the 03 Jan we traveled down from JHB to DBN, we stopped at the Wimpy after the Tugela Plaza for lunch. We sat down and waited no one attended to us, after a few minutes we had to call a waiter. The waiter brought the menus and he told us that this table was not his responsibility anyway he took our order and left. It took over half an hour for the food to come. We had to ask when our food would be ready and only then did the food arrive. One of the orders was wrong and when we informed the waiter he again said well this table was not his responsibility as the other waiter ran away and he was just helping out. It was lunchtime and it was busy, the manager could see that we were not happy but he never bothered to come over and ask if he could assist. He actually was sitting down having lunch with someone, I am not sure if that person was the franchisee. The service was horrible and the restaurant was filthy, it looked like no one had bothered to sweep or mop the place in a while. We have been Wimpy patrons our whole lives and eaten at many across the country, this is the first time we experienced such horrible service!!
