Timer worries relates to arrogant staff

I'm a regular customer at the savannah branch of KFC in Polokwane and since a few months ago the service was excellent. Recently when we want to take our order we must stop before the window where orders must be taken and in some circumstances we must place and take our orders before the first window, even waiting longer for our food. On one occasion I ignored the attendant's instructions to stop before the window and I stopped next to the order window, resulting in arrogant and bad service from the staff. They claim its an instruction from the branch management to bring the "timer" down. As far as I understand when you go to a drive-thru you place your order and pay at one window and collect at the next. But it this is not how this KFC works, you stop before the order window, pay and wait at the same window, giving management the impression that clients are helped quickly because the timer rating is down, but in truth we wait longer and get arrogant service instead. Please rectify this, as I am a valued customer and will no longer support that specific branch it their manner of operation continues
