Its the 4th time I have witnessed the manager waiters refusing to help walk-ins an hour before closing time! It doesnt take an hour to have a cup of coffee! Simply informing them of how much time is left before closing will be sufficient. Not to mention how horribly trained the waiters are, getting orders wrong and having bad attitude towards customers. This shop must be making loads of money because showing away 5 different groups of paying customers within 20min's... must be okay then.
