This establishment has NO TV's for waiters to stand around and stare at, has more waiters on duty at one given time than most other similar restaurants and only a third of the place is occupied by customers.
Yet, every waiter has a job and is busy doing it (including being friendly) and the food is on time as well as being nice and warm.
Why is it that the rest of the Pretoria Mugg&Beans cannot do the same?
