My boyfriend and I are regulars at Mug and Bean Greenacres - almost every Sunday we are there. We are not the type to just complain, but the service is just bad there, we wait long to be served when we go there, while the waiters and waitresses stand in the front looking at the customers. We were there yesterday, sat down got our menu's, and were not helped. My boyfriend eventually called the manager to take our order as no one else had. He asked what we wanted to drink, and if we wanted to order food at the same time, we both said we wanted coffee, and said yes to wanting to place our food order at the same time, and before we could tell him what we wanted to eat, he just walked away to inform the waitress of our drinks. Something needs to be done about the service, I know they are usually busy, but when the waiters and waitresses just stand around in front, then there is no excuse for not helping customers.
