Waiters refusing to serve

The most disgracefull thing that can happen to any restaurant, is when waiters blatantly refuses to serve customers.
This is exactly what happened to us yesterday at the Centurion branch when no less than 6 waiters were standing a few feet from us and discussing us, laughing at us in our faces and refusing to even seat us or hand us menu's.
It eventually took a waiter from the inside section to notice us and serve us - well done to him, because he really wants to WORK!!!
Through their talking and from their dialect i could make out that they chose not to serve us just because i dared to complain about poor service in the past.
This behaviour is a disgrace to the image and name of Mugg&Bean as a whole and my suggestion is to get rid of these culprits ASAP.
