ON 2 SEPTEMBER 2013 8 OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS WENT TO MUGG AND BEAN TO CELEBRATE "SPRING DAY". THE WAITERS KEPT ON CONGREGATING IN A GROUP IN A CORNER OF THE RESTAURANT AND I PERSONALLY GOT UP FROM THE TABLE 3 TIMES TO CALL A WAITER TO TAKE OUR ORDERS. IN BETWEEN THERE WAS SOME HAND WAIVING TO GET THE WAITERS' ATTENTION FOR SERVICE AS WELL. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A TREAT FOR THE STAFF OF GERT VENTER ATTORNEYS BUT EVERYBODY WALKED OUT DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COMPLAIN TO THE OWNER/MANAGER TELEPHONICALLY BUT THE TELEPHONE REMAINS UNANSWERED. I MUST ALSO MENTION THAT THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH OF MUGG AND BEAN DOES NOT HAVE THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED BUT I MANAGED TO OBTAIN IT FROM ANOTHER BRANCH. I HAVE IN MEANTIME HEARD COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE WITH REGARD TO THE POOR (NON) SERVICE AT THIS PARTICULAR MUGG AND BEAN.
