I went to Mug and Bean for lunch today. To say the least I was disgusted with the poor service of this franchise. After I was seated and handed a menu there was never again a waiter at my table to place an order. Interestingly enough I noticed a group of waiters standing at the door and chatting to each other instead of serving the customers. After some time I got up and asked for the manager and I explained to the manager that none of her waiters came to my table to take an order but yet they can stand at the entrance and chat. I must say the Manager did not quite know how to handle my complaint and I decided to have my lunch somewhere else. With this type of service you will probably loose more customers.
