We are regular customers at the Mugg & Bean in South Coast Mall and Galaria in Amanzitoti.
We were waiting more than 30 minutes and when we arrived the floor manager direct us to a table and took our order and gave to a waiters who were serving people who arrived after us. We went to the other manager (Blessing) who always have a very good and pleasant attitude towards all his customers but it seems that the lady manager who server us donot take care of the customers. We are always treated with respect as we always treat the waiters with respect but today on the 07 July 2013 at around 11:00am its was a total disaster that we experience at Mugg & Bean South Coast Mal and we are not the only once who have been waiting to be server, so if Mugg & Bean South Coast Mall donot want to treat there customers with the necessary respect this was the last time they have seen us and we will take this further if no re-action is given to our complaint. Thank you once again Blessing for your server.
