On Saturday we as a family went to Mugg and Bean in the new Dihlabeng mall in Bethlehem. First the white hot chocolate was out of stock... that's still ok... then our 4 drinks arrived one by on, first my husband got his coffee, when that was finished my girl got her milk shake and then after she was done, my coffee arrived... eventually I started sharing my coffee with my son, who was by that time soooo thirsty. After several requests his coffee arrived. For us that was still almost ok, but then the bill come... obviously the 4 drinks was on it but also the hot chocolate. When I put it under the waiters attention, she was so ignorant, telling me that I'm confused... helloooo what happen to check for yourself before you start arguing with a customer. Obviously the bill need to be corrected, that took an hour... and the last non-sins was when there was only one speed point working in the whole shop... So YES a quick coffee took as two hours and a horrible experience. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there in Bethlehem!
