Continous poor service. Change of management req!

Good Day
The above KFC branch continues to deliver poor service. You always have to contact the manager to get assistance. On the last occasion there was twenty people standing in the queue and there was only two cashiers. Today I place a order for street wize 5 plus streetwise papizza and a famous bowl and was told to wait 15 mins. This is ridiculous!! Why open your business to serve clients if you are not ready to serve clients. The best part is that the was no chicken available for clients so we had to wait. Totally unprofessional.
We need a manager based on this site all the time to montor the service as the staff do their own things.
We can't have manager were we waste our aitime phoning them to complain about their KFC.
Please investigate and assist.
Please I do not need these managers phoning me cos they are useless and they do not reslove clients problems. If someone has to contact me then it must be someone from the KFC headoffice.
