Cold treatment by incompitent staff

I settled my acc 2012 I was paying 20 fo levies.i moved to a place wher I hav to travel kilos b4 I can pay. I was foned dat my acc is overdue so I PTP fo 31/8.Got to de shop n it was closed thot I am late, wen I got to de car its 12:50 so I went back.askd de old lady to open but she refused.we're 8 clients outside wantin to pay, but we were treated like monkeys.i told de old lady dat I am going to fone n she said manager'orders.so I askd to speak to de manager but a young dark man with no name tag said wit less care n irritation said de manager is not here. Sadly she was there as we could all see her, i started to doubt her abilities as a manager.thinkin if dat was he own store would she let de payin clients flock at de door of her shop.i was worried fo de service and de company as wel cos I was suppozd to leave my work @11 but left @12 just to serve my clients. Pls if the closing time has been changed do so on de tym table at de window as wel cos as far as I am concerned de store closes@ 13:00 Saturday.even went back Sunday afta church 11:30 it was closed. I thot TFG was a big company with gud business practice but I was disappointed at wat I saw. Train to staff and management at
