Went to deposit a company cheque for a/c 062385372 branch code 057530 and waited in the business queue for nearly 40 minutes. Two people in the regular queue walked out. There were only two cashiers on teller duty one was the business teller and the third person was at enquiries. Branch manager Shane Naidoo' door was open, jacket on his chair but absent during my entire stop at the bank. Asked to complain to teller sup Farial Wessels. She sat at her desk in clear vision to clients and refused to see me and hear my grievance.
Your clients deserve to be dealt with in a speedy fashion. If a client wishes to complain staff should be available to hear. It is December for goodness sake.
Find this level of lack of service totally unacceptable.
