A rep of Rainbow cabs came to see me to offer me their services for my clients. I used them often and had a few problems in the beginning regarding unprofessional untidy staff, and then again with VERY VERY rude staff members. But that was soon taken care of.
Then one morning when a driver came to pick up my clients I saw they were charging me R20 more for a 2.3km drive. So i was unhappy about this and I phoned the office and the said rude staff member (who has put the phone down in my ear on more than one occasion) answered the phone and then put me through to someone who he said was a manager but I have never heard of him. This "manager" then proceeded to scream at me. So I told him not to scream at me and if this is the way he is treating the companie's customers I can only see them loosing more and more clients, and he then continues screaming to which I said his attitude and I put the phone down.
They are now calling me for payment with their attitudes and being very rude... This company is definatly not professional and the have attitudes like the backside of a cow... Big and NASTY!
