Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have escalated your concerns to management they would be in a position to address the breakdown in service you have experienced, and would be in a position to ensure that the necessary measures are set in place to provide better customer service to our clients.
We appreciate your support and loyalty.
Well almost 2 months later and the poor service to clients still continues. Visited the bank today at 10H40 and nothing has changed. Only 2 tellers operational and a bank full of clients. Management is more concerned about making more profits than giving there clients the service they deserve.
Only after clients started complaining of the long wait did management open another 2 tellers.
Management of standard bank your actions speak louder than your words. You are disrespecting your customers. You forget who pays your salaries!!!
