I recently went to the above mentioned Nandos Branch. Half way through my meal i noticed their was a hair in my food and requested the Manger, after 5 min the Manger arrives and i advise him there is a hair in my food. He then takes the plate and in a very sarcastic tone says " i will check in the Kitchen ".. The manger comes back and says its non of his staff members hair as they all have hair nets on (in a very rude and unprofessional way). He then sarcastically suggested he will replace the 1/4 meal. I then refused as i was not to happy with the way he spoke to me.
I told the Manger i will complain on Hello Petter and he said "sure go ahead"
I have Nandos almost every second day and if this is the service you give your customers then its time for me go somewhere els
