I recently went to the above mentioned Nandos Branch.Half way through my meal i noticed their was a hair in my food and requested the Manger, after 5 min the Manger arrives and i advise him there is a hair in my food . He then takes the plate and in a very sarcastic tone says " i will check in the Kitchen ". . The manger comes back and says its non of his staff members hair as they all have hair nets on( in a very rude and unprofessional way). He then sarcastically suggested he will replace the 1/4 meal .I then refused as i was not to happy with the way he spoke to me .
I told the Manger i will complain on Hello Petter and he said "sure go ahead"
I have Nandos almost every second day and if this is the service you give your customers then its time for me go somewhere els
