I emailed Nandos off their website last week regarding the terrible service i had received on the last 3 visits to the above mentioned nandos. The next day the manager of the Nandos called to apologise, but was absolutely useless in his "attempt" to make me a happy customer. He basically called to invite me back to nandos, without giving me a reason why i should return. Didnt even offer to let me come back for a meal on the house or anything. This is not the first time i have complained about this nandos and their cleanliness. I visit nandos at least 4 - 5 times a week, but am really losing hope in their service and especially cleanliness. My reference number was 32658. I really do not want to hear from that manger again... He could not even speak clearly, now he is in charge of a resturant? WOW!
