On Saturday we paid R45 just to eat at your restaurant.
I ordered a springbok shank. What arrived was tiny. For R145. With it came 10chips. I counted.
Now I kinda expected that from a tourist trap.
What I didn't expect from such a high class establishment was the hair in my food and the comments from your manager.
Half way through the meal I find a nice black curly hair in the meat. This made me sick to my stomach and I called the waitress who took the hair and the plate separately.
5min later the manager arrives, with said hair, and tells me that its not his problem because this is a colored persons hair and they don't have any coloreds in the kitchen.
He said this in front of 15people.
I asked that; seeing as I didn't finish my food and was definitely not going to eat anything else, he remove it from the bill. He said no, because it wasn't his staffs hair and unless I could prove it came from them it wasn't his problem. He also came back with my original plate, and pushed it in my face saying "look you've eaten most of it already so I wont take it off the bill". was I supposed to search my food?
A waitress arrived and said: "here is a free coca cola for your trouble."
