Unreliable and Disgusted

My husband and i ordered Nandos a week ago and the food was bad and soggy. So my husband wrote a complaint on hello peter which was stating that the food was bad. Nandos replied and phoned us a day later stating that they are sorry and that they will give us a voucher. We were happy that they were trying to fix the problem. But now i am more angry at them! my son wanted take out on Friday so we decide to give nandos other try and we remember that we had a voucher. (we had not yet received the voucher) but we decided to call Nandos and ask to speak to the manage to get our voucher but the manager was not in. so we left a message and no one phone back. then on Saturday we tried call and left other message for the manger. The staff did not want to give me the manger number or call him for me either. so now i was off Sunday came and i tried calling again but it was the manger day off. How long does it take to get a voucher. Clearly Nandos does not want to redeem it self for the bad service!!

Now they have to give me 3 voucher to redeem themself Cause i am not impressed by their lack of responsibility
