We went for Supper to Nandos Columbine on Thursday, 06/06/2013 at around 6PM. Both my husband and my food came cold, then they put the food in the microwave and it made all the food Soggy and the Salad was terrible and old in the Burger meal and the Pita Meal. They re-made my Husbands Burger meal and he at. I, however, sent my Pita meal BACK 6 TIMES!!! By the time I ate it was 19:45! How ridiculous is that, almost 2 hours! First a cold Pita, then a Dry Pita, then gave me a Pita that was cut all the way round, how was I supposed to pick that up and eat it... To make matters worse the Manager on duty has the audacity to tell me that I people don't pick it up they eat with a Knife and Fork... That is a Halaal Nandos - Everyone at Nandos eats burgers, Pitas with there Hands, that's why they have Wash basins, That Manger (Mishak) has some Nerve, to actually tell me that in the 3 months his been there, he has never seen anyone eat with their hands. I am absolutely disgusted with that service and quality of food, and to think I am a regular at that Nandos - If thats the case I would rather give Mochachos or another food take away my business!
