I placed an order for delivery andexpected it in 45 min when i was waiting for over an hour i called nandoes tofind out where my order was, the man i spoke to (claiming to be the manger) told me that he didnt know andgave the the phone Tami, she said she was the manager i asked her why did she not call and state that the order would be late she just told me what did i want her to do and then kept me waiting on the line for over 20 min silent, when she eventually came back to the phone she said"what sisi do you want the food for free or what "at this point was frustrated furious and spent over 30 mins on a chargeable call and no one was willing to assist me, i was put through to Thandi who said she would palce a new order and i should expect it in 30 min by this time it was 9:30 and i placed the order at 19:50, .the food arrived only to find that there was a long black hair in the chicken covered by the sauce we could not enjoy the meal as usual, the unfortunate part is that my husband could not eat the food after he witnessed what was in mine, i now am left with a running tummy and R70 worth of food that we did not eat .i am disgusted that i was made to eat hair and became ill
