Hi I went to Nandos to go order food the staff at the tellers was really nice but when it come to the collection of the food I had to wait 15 mints for one of the ladies that's packing the orders into packages to see a line of people waiting for their food. They pack the food they see us but give no attention until one of the tellers must tell them what to do the manger stands in the back looking at us but does nothing. The other problem I had was when I arrived home I see that they did not even put my cold drink in so that cost me to go back and ask them. Then one of the staff said where is your proof of payment I got really upset when I collected my food they took the slip and said they have to keep the slip I can't have it now this is very confusing to me where in the must I show proof of payment when the payment was cash and your employees took the slip how must I proof that I was a customer their? Please guys work a bit on the staff at the collection counter and the manger i'm really upset on the service i love Nandos but this service i got was really bad.
