About 3 weeks ago I went to my local kfc, ordered the 8 pieces of chicken, got the 3 side orders and left. when we got home surprise surprise, fried into a chip was what appeared to look like a cockroach whose one feeler was sticking out of the chip. I contacted their customer care line and was told to put the cockroach chip back into the chip container and to put it into the deep freeze, and they would send somebody to collect it. They phoned me like 3 times on the Saturday and again on the Sunday to find out if I had done that. I told them I had and they assured me that they would contact me before coming to collect it as I told the lady called Fatima that I might not be home. Well they collected it when I wasn't home as they just pitched up, asking my 16 year old granddaughter to sign for it. No one has since even apologised for this disgrace or even said thank you, we collected it. I have not heard a word and it's been two weeks now. Is this really the way kfc choose to handle this disgusting affair.
