Late delivery of Pizza led to warm pizza being del

8 July 2013 at 16h48 placed an order(#41 Invoice no. 191549). Pizza delivered an hour later at 17h47, with Black sticker on box. Showed the black sticker to the driver and he stated that he was given an incorrect delivery address by the store. He apologised for this and stated that he knew the area very well and had delivered in the same vicinity several times, but was confused by 2 road names printed on the delivery receipt. I paid for the delivery, due to his friendly persona and being apologetic. I contacted the store at 17h50 and spoke to Albert Leons, whom denied the incorrect address and the black sticker and stated that the length of time has no relation to the black sticker. Talk about common sense prevailing! He questioned the driver (MO) and I could hear in the background MO stating that the sticker was turning black. I had to reheat the pizza in the oven. If I wanted a free meal, why would I have paid for the meal, rather I would've sent it back. Thumbs down to Debonair's. Romans Pizza here I come.
