Ordered a pizza via the telephone from Debonnairs pizza Bellville. We waited nearly an hour for the pizza even though they said it would take maz 40 min's. Upon arrival of the pizza the delivery guy hands it over and takes the money and leave in a hurry. I then in turn could check that the dot is black " Policy: If the dot is not red your pizza is free". In turn we called the number 0219454605 and spoke to Catherine the manager at the store whom in turn may I add is not very helpful, rude and does not allow one to speak. I feel that for a huge franchise as Debonairs that nr 1, my pizza should be hot when it gets to me as I am paying for good warm food, their staff should be respectfull and more understanding. I am appauled at the service received.
