I placed my order with a lady by the name of Ntsai yesterday in the evening, my order was placed just before 18:30 and it was not even a huge order, the lady (Ntsai from Nandos) sounded bored, no politeness and no telephone manners what so ever, it was almost as though she was doing me a favor by taking my order and that made me very upset... and it does end there, on top of all that horrible experience, my order only got delivered approximately 19:30 and my food was very cold. Sooo not impressed with Nandos's service and regret ordering that meal to begin with.
