I ordered a pizza for my son and I tonight at 5.50pm, by 6.20 my pizza still hadn't arrived. I phoned about 10 times before my call was answered, I asked to speak to the manager and the phone was put down. 5 minutes later my pizza arrived as he pulled it out the bag the dot was black and I refused to pay for it and told him its free, he put it back in his bag and left, again I tried calling again about 10 times before my call was answered then wAs informed the manager was on deliverys and they will send me another pizza. It is now almost 9pm and I'm still waiting. My 4 year old was in tears because he wanted his pizza. This service is not acceptable
