You guys have this hot or not dot on you pizza boxes, and it says if the dot is black, the pizza is free.
We ordered pizza from the LifeStyle Crossing Branch at 17:30, and we got the Pizza at 18:45. And guess what, the Pizzas were cold. The dot was black. So we phoned. Only to be send around in circles about conditions apply. The Manager blamed the rain, and they couldn't get a hold of us... Our phones were on, and we only got one call which we answered. So what is the point of this hot or not dot, if you guys are never willing to abide by such a statement. I want answers please. What are YOU as a well known Pizzeria going to do about this? Because we Didnt get the pizzas for free... the manager kept making up excuses.
