On the27 July I ordered a barbaque chicken pizza for delivery his contact number 0787946568, when my order arrives I check to see if I'm getting the correct pizza only to find that its a chicken and mushroom pizza. I tell the delivery man that he gave me the wrong pizza, he than checks for my pizza only to see the dot is black and the pizza is cold. I then tell the delivery man that this means the pizza is free as stated on the box, I point out that the pizza is not even warm, he then tells me to call again for them to make me another one. I was shocked to hear that. I then call the store to make them aware of this after having the phone dropped on me several times I finally got put through to the manager who tells me that I was suppose to tell they guy I dnt want the pizza and states that the dot changes colour once you open the box, I tell him that the pizza was cold and the dot was black before the box was opened, he than asks me for the name of the delivery man I dnt know he was not wearing a name tag, I tell him that I'll give him the cell number, was unable to view my call history while I was on the line I made him aware of this. He then asks me to hold, next thing, he hangs up!!
