Poor service from Debonairs Pizza

We ordered a pizza from Debonairs Pizza at 18H20 and it only arrived at 19H50. When the pizza arrived, the "HOT or NOT" dot on the pizza box was black which indicated that the pizza was cold and it was.

During the time in which it took for the pizza to arrive since 45 minutes after ordering, many phone calls were made by us to find out why the delivery of the pizza was delayed. The excuses presented by the manager was that they went to the wrong address because we gave them the wrong address and tried calling us but we did not answer.

That is not true because we did confirm our correct address with the guy who took the order over the phone and he confirmed it would take 45 minutes from the time of the call till its delivered. There was no call put through to us nor an indication or miss call on both our phones to indicate that there will be a delay or that they went to the wrong address as the manager claimed in response to the queries we made concerning the delays in delivery.
