Saturday afternoon i went to Steers, waited in the line a gentleman that was in the 1st till asked for a next person as he was served already. I went to where he was and a lady that was wiping cutlery told me i would be assisted by the two ladies at the till, i waited.
Dalmain told me that i need to join the line and i explained to her, she then asked people in the line if i was waiting in the line, pathetic as if i was so stupid not to see the line. Then i ordered riblets snack and was told there were no ribs, i opted for the burgers, gave my debit card to the cashier and she told me that there was something wrong with the card. I then informed her that i have just used that card at Checkers and there is nothing wrong with it, she tried again and said it was the machine that was faulty. Dalmain again turned and told me that there was nothing wrong with their machine with such an attitude and she even argued about that with the cashier on duty. The cashier asked if i had cash on me and i paid with the cash i withdrew for something else. What an inconvenience on top of pathetic service.
