I visited Steers in Tygervalley today. I ordered and paid for my food cash, but didn't receive the ten cents change I was supposed to. I was just given my slip. I asked the cashier for my change and she said, "If you don't mind I don't have 10cents" to which I replied that I do mind and that I would like my change. The cashier ignored me. I said to her that she can get the 10cents out of the second till (which was being filled with 10 cent pieces as we were speaking) The cashier gave me a dirty look and ignored me yet again. I waited at the counter while my food was being prepared and every customer that paid with cash was short-changed by ten cents. Nearly all of your menu items have 90 cents attached to them, so surely you would supply your till points with enough 10 cent pieces? Well-trained cashiers would have given customers 20 cents instead of a dirty look and no change at all. I can afford 10 measly cents but I do not appreciate the bad customer service and the fact that your cashiers are trained to short-change customers. I asked for my money and I was ignored. I'm so angry! Why must I beg to get MY MONEY back and still not get it? It is not yours to do with as you please!
