The is not the first time I have had a problem with Vida E Cafe. The Blueroot franchise has extremely slow service, I waited for 15 minutes for two coffee's to be made.
Today, the problem was with Cavendish, after waiting in the line, a customer pushed in in front of me and was helped by the person who saw this happening.
She then had a five minute conversation with the cashier, and when I was eventually served, they told me that they are having problems with their card machine and asked me to pay in cash, which I never carry on me.
So after wasting ten minutes of my time I walked away with nothing but a promise never to go there again.
Seattle is much more efficient and is worth the wait in the always long line.
