Consistently bad service from cashiers

While Shoprite claims to provide cash @ tills, it's nearly impossible to get. Most of the time, they claim not to have even R500 in their till. On some recent occasions, at my insistence, they save the transaction, then I have to go wait at another till and eventually get some cash.
Yesterday, I was at cashier 12 @ 17h35 (slip time). When I got to the till, the cashier pointed to a sign next to her told me cash-only. The sign was not visible from the q that I waited in for a long time. After I told her that she should've displayed it where its visible, she put it on the counter. She then changed her tune and said that the card machine is working.
After ringing up, I asked for R1000 cashback. The cashier told me that she didn't have any. Now that was a blatant lie, because infront of me was a lady with a huge trolley that paid more than R1000 in cash. I told her so, then she claimed that the cash was for the lady behind me in the q because she was waiting from earlier for her to get cash. This also a blatant since I waited in that q for a long time and nobody was behind me before. She had no nametag and was hesitant to give me her name @ 1st, then said "Lindi" (false maybe?)
