I'm use to bad service at shoprite but today just got to me. I was paying my purchase at a till and asked the cashier for cash back with it. She said she can't I can go to another till. I just paid my purchase and went to another till. At the second till the cashier again could not help me and sent me to the next till. I told her I just came from another till must I stand in a 3rd queue. She asked the cashier next to her to help me. The 3rd cashier told her in Xhosa that I like to complain. Does she know me personally? She told the other one (who's packing) that I'll wait. She helped 3 people before helping me with just the cash back. I
