I ordered my pizza at 16h38 and was told it will take ten minutes, after 20 minutes I was still waiting, then one of the kitchen staff lady tried to show me how far my receipt was & that sometimes they don't have control of it, so if they know this happens why tell everybody placing an order that it will take ten minutes, I only got my pizza at 17h15, pathetic
