I ordered a pizza and after 20 minutes I phoned back and they said that it will be there in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I phoned back, they said that the driver had a lot of deliveries. After 45 minutes I phoned back again, and again they said he is on the way. Then I phoned every 5 minutes, after an hour I climbed into my car and went there. They were not busy, everybody was standing in front and chatting. I asked for the manager and when he heard who I am he said that he will make another pizza for me. when they were finished he still said to me that I have to pay 50% of the value, I said to him i will not and then he said he will not give the coke to me because it is only the pizza that I get for free then. I told him to keep the coke and walked out with the pizza. It is the first time that I have ordered from them and the last.
