To whom it may concern.
I would have like to congratulate Debonair's Pizza for the quality of food and service I have gotten from Gezina Galleries in Pretoria.
After the experience I received from Debonairs Pizza in Sun City international (Valley of waves), where I had to wait just over 50 minutes for a pizza, I am utterly disgusted, when I ask the employees why am I waiting for the pizza this long, one of the ladies said... it will be out in 10 sec, 5 minutes later I ask the other lady, she said it will be out in a minute, then another one said it will be out soon, when I ask how soon, she could not tell me.
After a few minutes one of the ladies told me that they had dropped my pizza, so they had to make a new one. Why did they not tell me from the beginning they dropped the pizza, then instead of lying to the client.
After paying R150 for the entrance fee, I still had to waste my time to stand and wait for my pizza for more then 50 minutes.
The only thing the manager could say is... I am sorry.
I can say, that was my last pizza I would have from Debonairs and I will make sure that family's and friend know what kind of bad service Debonairs has provides lately.
