Yesterday I ordered Pizza at 17H32 to be precise and at 18H30 that's when they contacted me to verify my address again. Only to find that it was then they placed my order and after 30 minutes of them placing my order at 19H00 I called and the lady by the name of Anna answered "Bad telephone attitude" and told me that my pizza was collected for delivery. I waited for another hour until I went there myself and to my surprise my receipt was still at the shop at 20H00 with my Black Dot Pizza. I demanded to see the manager but the lady by the name of Emily asked me to choose toppings to be added to my cold Pizza maybe to be heated again and I refused. Not for the first time and my other friend compliant about same problem on Facebook yesterday and they paid for that nonsense.
