I have always ordered pizza online from The Rondebosch store here in Western Cape. My order last week took over 70 minutes to be delivered to me and when I spoke to the boss, they said that they can only give me R10 off. Another time I was told to only pay for half of the cost?? What is this Debonairs? You were more than 40 minutes late on both occassions and the pizza should be free. You should deliver on your promise.
