Online ordering with FNB = Fail!!!

Dear FNB,

what is the point of having the option to order a smart phone online from you guys if 13 days later I as the customer has to call in and be pt through to 5 different departments only to get told that the order hasn't been processed and that i have to redo the order telepathically and then get told it will take another 10 to 15 working days???

Please advise.
