I order quit a few things from k a l ha r i.com, and must say that I've only been impressed with their service and delivery.
The only issue I've ever had was on my latest pre-order that was cancelled (e-mail that was send to me just stating the order is cancelled, but no reason given to why, and I had to call them to tell me that there is no stock. ) the issue i have is that this order is only due for November, and nobody can tell me the true reason to why the order is cancelled. ( no stock is a given as this product is not released yet)
If it's due to them only having a limited number of pre-orders that they can offer, I wouldn't mind (par for the fact that you can STILL order this product online.. confusing to say the least)
I'm determined that one bad experience out of many will not stop me from ordering from them again. Just hoping they keep up the previous great service that I'm accustomed to.
