I have been ignoring their service but now im. Last night was the 4th time ordering from Debonairs in Vorna Valley and getting a service. Three times ordering from them i received my orders late last night I placed an order at 7:25 online, phoned at 8:30 coz my order was still not delivered, the lady I spoke too "who is lucky coz I don't remember her name" said my order is on it's way and will take only a minute. Till this morning I'm still waiting for my order. I won't be ordering from this place anymore, they just don't care about clients, I had to make an alternative for my kids and husband. Why have a food franchise if your staff don't know how to take care of customers. At one stage I also waited for over an hour and when I called I was told that they didn't c my order online and started preparing my pizza only then, they still delayed in delivering and I decided to go buy McD. I have never received such terrible service anywhere else but Debonairs Pizza VORNA VALLEY. With this kind of service they'll loose their loyal clients.
