In November last year I placed an order online and the order took over 1.5 hours to arrive. As it was already paid for, i couldnt get the free pizza.
I was contacted promptly by the manager and staff who apologised and promised to refund the amount. To date I am still waiting for this refund. They said they would just refund my credit card but I m still waiting. Not going to use online again even though it lets me use my card!
