RE- PATHECTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

ON THE 25-05-2013 AT ABOUT 19-40 WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU (SUPPOSE TO BE MORE CONVENIENT). I STOOD IN THE QUEUE FOR 20MINS WHEN I EVENTUALLY GET TO THE WINDOW TO PLACE MY ORDER THE LADY SAYS THE SWIPE FACILITY IS OUT OF ORDER. NOT ONCE DID THE MANAGER ON DUTY COME OUT TO APOLOGISE TO CUSTOMERS THAT WANTED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD. I WAS THEN TOLD BY THE CASHIER TO GO PARK MY CAR AND PLACE MY ORDER AND THEN PAY INSIDE BECAUSE ONLY CASH IS ACCEPTED. I THEN LEFT TO FROM GOODWOOD BRANCH TO GO TO THE MAITLAND. WHEN I GET THEIR CARD FACILITY ALSO NOT WORKING AFTER ALSO STANDING IN THE DRIVE THRU. I AM DISGUSTED THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. IT IS ONLY COMMON COURTESY FOR THE SO CALLED MANAGER TO COME AND APOLOGY TO CUSTOMERS BUT THEY NOWHERE TO BE SEEN AT THESE TIMES..
